We are spoilt for choice in Bishopswood, surrounded by three outstanding award-winning pubs...here's a bit about them...

A 'proper' country pub with fantastic great-value home-cooked food.
Their Sunday roast is a must-have and they also do takeaway
if pre-booked.
The Candlelight Inn - Bishopswood - a 5-10 minute walk.
Elegant restaurant, open for drinks, lunch and dinner. Occasional live singers.
The Cotley Inn - Wambrook, Nr Chard.
Independently owned, award-winning pub,
championing the best of local food and drink producers.
La Campagna - Buckland St Mary.
If you're in the mood for an Italian meal,
they are just 5 minutes drive away.
Set within 30-acres of award-winning gardens, Forde Abbey is a popular destination for visitors to the area. A former monastery dating back to the 12th Century, it was later converted into a palatial family home which is now open to the public.
With four exhibition halls, over ninety aircraft, more than 2 million records, and 30 thousand artefacts, the Museum is Europe's largest naval aviation museum.
Haynes Motor Museum is the UK’s largest collection of cars and motorcycles, with over 300 vehicles to explore.
